- The fairground market which take place at the feet of the building every Wednesday morning
- The beach of Brisants and its famous restaurant feet in the sand
- The lagoon of the Hermitage (swimming allowed).

L'appartement est moderne, bien éclairé, on se sent comme chez soi, et surtout imbattable en terme d'emplacement : il est situé en plein centre de St-Gilles à coté du marché, des restos, de la plage et des bars !
